I started AP Contractors and Developers Pvt. Ltd (APCON) in 1987 marking my onset in the Real Estate Industry. Since then there has been no looking back. This industry has offered me so much in terms of experience, building relations with people from varied backgrounds & now we are at the stage where our company’s name is known among the Top 10 builders in gurgaon. I thoroughly enjoy my work and my passion to create homes has today earned me a count of more than 100 newly built projects.
Every project, be it a city home, or a farm house is equally dear to me. I put in my best of efforts in creating and delivering the dream home that my client’s envision. I give special attention to the landscaping in and around the projects that I have worked upon over the years. Its my little token of love to mother nature in my own small way. Special Landscaping professionals are often involved to create a more environment friendly and aesthetically beautiful outdoor space.
I am an Architect by profession. After completing my B.Arch from Sushant School of Architecture, I worked with some of the leading architects on projects ranging from commercial, institutional to residential buildings. My passion for real estate, construction and architecture was realized when I joined Ananda Homes, which is an amalgamation of all three of my interests.
I believe, designing a house is a comprehensive task. Every space has something unique to offer, a unique vibration and ambience. To build a perfect space, it’s important to understand the needs and aspirations of its inhabitants. I strive to put their requirements in each stroke of the designing and planning process. When the balance between architecture and aspirations is achieved, a house becomes a home.
